As you may know, we started this event back in 2019 when I turned 30. We had so much fun putting that party together that we decided to continue throwing this party every 5yrs until I hit 65 - Every event marks the next book - so for this party we are on Book 2, Chamber of Secrets and at age 65 it will be the final book. While it may coincide with my birthday, this event is really just an excuse to gather our family and friends together and throw a big harry potter themed party.
If you have not read the books or have not watched the movies, don’t worry, having HP knowledge is not necessary.
HOUSE SORTING
If you were not at the first party, you will get sorted into houses when you arrive. Your wand will also choose you.
Feel free to dress as a specific character, just let me know which character that is so that we can incorporate it into the Murder Mystery.
MURDER MYSTERY
Throughout the entirety of the party you will be trying to solve the mystery of who has released the Basilisk. Keep your eyes peeled for clues.
FOOD
Apps & Dinner will be provided. If you have any food allergies let me know. Vegetarian options will be available.
